So…I’ve been feeling a bit sentimental lately. I’m thankful for this “blog world”. I’m not sure what I did (well, wrote) to deserve all of you who actually read my blog, but I’m thankful for you. I certainly don’t feel like I write as eloquently as some of you or live as exciting of a life of some of you, but this is the life I live so it’s what I journal about. I’m happy where I am and never cease to be amazed at those of you who care enough to read what I write and even leave comments. (And to those who don’t comment, thanks for telling me in person that you “check in” on us every now and then – I appreciate that too.) I feel like I’ve gained so many new friends and “old” friendships have been rekindled. Those of you who are bloggers, thanks for your blog too. Through each one of your blogs we get a little glimpse into your life – the ups, the downs, and the “all arounds”. We enter into each other’s joys and pains. We laugh and cry with each other. While I was contemplating what I would write in this particular post, there were specific blogs that came to mind I thought I might mention…but I’ve decided that’s not a good idea as I would hate to leave anyone out and my list got quite lengthy!! So I’ll just generalize…some of your blogs I love to read because you make me laugh on a regular basis, some of your blogs are more serious and make me think deeper about life and the preciousness of it, some of your blogs are quite educational, some of you have young kids at home that I’m loving to watch grow up and read about their antics, some of you I’ve know personally all my life and some of you I’ve never met in “real” life, but I feel I know you just the same. I’m saying all of this to say (yes, that is a direct quote from my Dad)THANK YOU – and keep on blogging!
(And yes, I know there is a serious run-on sentence in there!!)

Awwww... thanks to you for blogging, too. Hugs.
Thank YOU! I can joyfully echo your words! The blogging world has seriously broadened my horizons... in many ways!
Your photo below is darling too! Very very special! I went to comment on it before, & then evidently forgot to hit "publish" & lost it.
Very well written. Somehow even though we may not "know" our blogging friends they become friends.I enjoy reading others blogs and comments I receive always mean so much. Keep on blogging as we enjoy reading it.
I noticed that you are following No Comfort Zone Photgraphy, I'm glad you are. Would you like to join?
What a great post! The world of blogging has really expanded our horizons! I happened upon your blog one day while "blog-hopping" and bookmarked it - as it's one of my favorites. I have never met you - but I love the smiles, laughs and "aahhh" moments from reading your blog. I don't comment often, but enjoy checking in. Thanks for blogging!! *smile*
it's hard to explain blogging to those who don't do it isn't it? i think some ppl think it's a waste of time, but it's not. not for me anyway. i'm looking forward to another winter with all my friends in blog land!
So true, so true! It really expands our horizons to know others out there who share all of our life's experiences. Thanks for that great post!:) Darling picture of Miss Lia at the top too!:)
I've been grateful quite a lot for blogging, too... it's a great outlet for sure and has brought me in touch with some really interesting people!
Blogging has definitely broaden my world and enlarged my heart. I've been touched, like you, as I've read the blogs of others. Thank you for commenting on my blog as well. It does mean a lot when someone takes the time to let you know they are reading your blog. I'm awed and amazed every day by the scope of God's family and that through this means I can keep up with old friends and make new ones. Your blog is one of the many that I visit relatively often. ; )
