Gifts

Life gives you gifts.  Sometimes, those gifts are prayed for, longed for, cried for, felt like your heart is going to bust for.  And sometimes, those gifts take you totally by surprise.  We have one of those surprise gifts on its way.  We're expecting it to arrive sometime in February.

I had this little gift printed and framed for David when he came home from work one day.

In your last post you said that Jacob and Lia "made your world complete." That must not have been the case, afterall! Now I'm just wondering how many announcements/invitations that black frame will hold?!?!

Susan - well, I just *thought they completed my world. Guess I was wrong! And that frame - it can only hold 3...NO MORE!!

You have such a beautiful family and I'm guessing the surprise gift will only add more blessings.

Even though you don't know me I hope that you don't mind me following your blog. You have creative pictures of you adorable children. Thank you for sharing.

dear SweetSurprise,

I AM crying with happiness for you!

We got our surprise at #5, and let me just say....there is something absolutely precious and unique about each one of course, but this one??? The one we "didn't plan"?? She really takes the Cake! And someone knew better than 'we' just what we needed.

Dear Glowing Girl,
I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED FOR YOU!!! Someone knew you needed another one or there wouldn't be enough to marry each of my children!!! ;) I'm hoping for a girl... although, another Jacob would be amazing too! :) But then I'd have to have another girl, and I can't make any promises!
