Bringing Joy to a Little Boy...
One of our neighbors just brought his "work truck" home for the first time last Friday. He promptly sent his daughters over to our house to get Jacob so he could see a real life "Biiiiig Kuck". What delight this brought him! I don't guess I need to tell you Jacob did NOT want to come back home later...I think he would have stayed in the cab of that truck "driving" all night long. But it was super cold so Mom thought an "all nighter" in the truck wouldn't be such a great idea. Jacob protested mightily. ;) He LOVES all manner of vehicles...as long as it has tires he's in love. Now, balls and sports stuff he really has no great interest in, but if it "runs like a Deere man her (his) eyes light up"....name that tune and singer. ;) {So sorry...that kept going over and over in my head - and yes, I like that kind of music.}

It's too bad we live so far away from each other.....our boys would get along so great! We're all about cars and trucks here. :) Love the bottom picture and his boots!!

Lias is sitting here looking at your blog with me and as soon as he say this picture of the truck, he says "TRUCK!" Pretty sure him and Jacob would have fun "discussing" trucks. Today I took him to the 4 wheeler store to get a part for Aaron. He said "FOUR, FOUR" the entire time we were in the store. After Aaron got home (many hours and a nap later), I asked him to tell Daddy what we saw at the store. He immediately yelled "FOUR!" Crazy how quick they pick up on these things! Your two little ones are getting so big and as always, so adorable.
Love those boots Jacob has on...John Deere green!! :)
