We went to the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey circus in Dallas a few weekends ago. We met B,L&Co. there - and had a grand time! Afterwards we all went to a great restaurant...Aunt Lesha & Nana had fun keeping the boys occupied while we waited to get seated...
...and where is this kids parents?? ;)
Us ladies received roses from my Dad...he's good like that. However, the boys thought they needed the flowers. Perfect photo op right??? riiiiight!!
Trevin decides Lia's lap is just perfect for him, Lia wonders if she is going to be stuck for life, Jacob is proclaiming to the world how awesome his "Scoop" is, and Trace is just being sweet.
Kid fruit basket turnover...and Lia is out of there!! ("Not so fast, little missy, not so fast!" declares Trevin.)
Trevin decides Lia need some lovin' for putting up with all the action!
And one more try with Nana & Papa...fugetaboutit!!

Come on now aunt Kristen, I hate to say this but.....you have the wrong kid with the wrong name. Trevin is sitting on Lia (not Trace) and Trevin is pulling on Lia's shirt (not Trace). Oh yes, wasn't this an interesting picture taken session!!!!! In the parking lot needless to say! :O) And where are the parents when Trace was eating with NO manners??......I do think I remember his dad was sitting right beside him and his aunt Kristen on the other side. What happened to my babysitters???

oops! I shall get this corrected...I guess I just couldn't see their noses close enough. ;) I need to see "my" boys more!! As for the Trace situation...gess his Daddy was being a slacker and his Aunt was to busy taking pictures. But what was I to do...it was to stinking cute!
What is Lesha talking about? Lia's birthday party!?!? Tell me it hasn't already been a year! Wow! Time is flying! I loved the pictures. I guess I didn't realize your parents were called "Papa and Nana", too...like my Dad and Mom are.
Yes, Renita - my baby will be a year old Sept. 7th!! We're having her party this weekend though as Mom and Dad will be in Kentucky on the actual day. Time is flying - I know it probably seems like only yesterday you were celebrating your girls first birthdays!
Why did you need to go and see a circus? Looks like you had one right on hand! ( : Just kidding!
